LÝFT GYM GRAND OPENING

On Friday, May 26, 2023, LÝFT opened LÝFT GÝM, a 400-square-meter facility, in Omotesando Hills, an iconic landmark in Omotesando, Japan's largest fashion district.

LÝFT aims to establish a new training culture by dispelling the traditional image of training as being rough and unapproachable.
Incorporating training into daily life can lead to a better lifestyle, improving health, physique, and mental well-being.

Our brand's core value, "LÝFT YOUR STANDARD," is to provide an environment where individuals can maintain high motivation and strive for personal growth from within through training.

Our selection of training machines from around the world will provide new motivation. We offer over 50 types of training machines, from basic to specialized items. We provide high-quality equipment that surpasses others in Tokyo.

Authentic, health-conscious protein smoothies focused on PFC balance.
Blended with LÝFT protein as a base, along with fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious ingredients.
Exquisite flavors recommended for everyone, regardless of gender.
You can enjoy our meticulously crafted, exquisite smoothies.
*Available to non-members as well.

■ Extensive amenities
All necessary gym items are available for rent. The powder room is equipped with thoughtful amenities, and shower rooms are also available.
We offer various options so you can come empty-handed. A lounge area is also provided.

■ Personal Training
At LÝFT GÝM, we provide personal training with an excellent team of trainers to meet your needs.
Beyond just offering training, we guide clients towards a better lifestyle through our sessions.
