Orders are delivered within 3–10 business days of your order. For orders placed by 12:00 (noon) on weekdays, we aim to ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturdays are processed the following Monday (we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays).
• Delivery may take longer during holidays, Obon, year-end/New Year, and new-product launches.
• Delivery date/time depends on the carrier and may not be met due to weather or traffic.

• Nekopos: ¥440 (tax incl.). Only for single purchases of T-shirts or tank tops (some items excluded; cash on delivery not available).
• Standard shipping: ¥880 (tax incl.). Okinawa: ¥1,760 (tax incl.).
• Free shipping: on purchases of ¥20,000 (tax incl.) or more.

For cash on delivery, the following fees (excl. tax) apply.

• Under ¥10,000: ¥300
• ¥10,000–under ¥30,000: ¥400
• ¥30,000–under ¥100,000: ¥600
• ¥100,000–¥300,000: ¥1,000

No fee applies for credit card orders. Coupons cannot be used toward shipping or these fees.

We ship within 3–10 business days of your order (delivery may take longer than domestic depending on the destination country). Please enter your address in the alphabet. Entering kanji, Hangul, Arabic script, etc. may cause errors. Day/time specification is not available.

A service that lets you pay after the item arrives. You can purchase with just your email address and mobile number, and pay the following month at a convenience store or bank (a 3-installment plan with zero installment fees is also available).

There is no paper invoice; you can check your usage details at my.paidy.com. *Convenience-store payment incurs a payment fee (up to ¥356 incl. tax per transaction). For inquiries about Pay-later, please contact Paidy Inc.

In principle we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. However, if an item is defective or a different item from your order arrives, we will promptly arrange an exchange or return. For size changes, please use the "Quality Exchange Service."

Within 7 days of the item arriving, please contact us via on-site chat (LÝFT Concierge) with details of the defect, then return it cash-on-delivery. We will arrange an exchange or full refund.

A service to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color of the same item (only when stock is available).

• Period: contact LÝFT Concierge within 7 days of the item arriving.
• Shipping: the customer covers round-trip shipping (for our shipment to you, a shipping ticket purchase / credit card payment only).
• Please return prepaid (cash on delivery cannot be accepted).

The exclusions are the same as for "When returns/exchanges are not accepted."

For defective or mis-shipped items, we cover return shipping, so please ship using a cash-on-delivery slip. After we confirm the returned item, we will refund to your designated account within 7 business days. *For the Quality Exchange Service, the customer covers shipping.

Please pack in a cardboard box or tear-resistant bag before sending (we cannot cover damage in transit due to loose packing).

Shipping is a flat ¥880 (tax incl.), and payment is credit card or PayPal only (cash on delivery, carrier billing, etc. not available). From the first order, orders are processed automatically at the frequency you selected, and payment is taken at the time of confirmation.

Products that show a "Subscription" option on the product page are eligible. Please check each product page for eligible products and delivery cycles.

Tops come in a sporty fitness type and a casual line. Pants are graded and designed for the Japanese body type. For detailed sizing, please see the size chart.

Items marked "Over Size" in the product name or details are designed to be worn loosely and run about one size larger than usual.
