Regarding the voluntary recall of products using beni-koji (red yeast rice) ingredients by Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which has been widely reported, we do have products that use coloring agents (beni-koji pigment). However, we do not source beni-koji ingredients from the aforementioned manufacturer, and the coloring agents we use comply with the Japanese Standards of Food Additives established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Therefore, there is absolutely no direct connection to the issue.

 While the recall targets food ingredients, the beni-koji pigment we use is a coloring agent that complies with the Japanese Standards of Food Additives established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. "Beni-koji pigment" has been used for a long time, and there have been no reports of health damage.
