As a result of our investigation, we found that during the printing process at the production factory, the chemical to enhance colorfastness was added in an incorrect, smaller ratio to both the silver powder print ink and the rubber print ink, which led to poor colorfastness and peeling.

Although the peeled silver print ink will not dissolve after washing, we kindly ask you to immediately refrain from using the product.

Regardless of whether the product has been used or not, we would like to proceed with a "full refund, including shipping costs" for the applicable products.
