Please understand and acknowledge in advance that shipping delays are expected before, during, and after Golden Week due to increased shipping volume and traffic conditions.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed until after Golden Week.

Regarding our operations during Golden Week, we will be closed during the following period:

Customer Support Closure Period

Customer support will be closed from Monday, May 6th to Tuesday, May 14th, and some services will be temporarily suspended.

Shipping Closure Period

Shipping will be closed on Sunday, April 28th to Monday, April 29th, and Friday, May 3rd to Monday, May 6th.

We will operate temporarily for 3 days from Tuesday, April 30th to Thursday, May 2nd.

Inquiries received during the closure period will be handled after the closure period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
