■ About returns

[Handling method of returned goods]
As a general rule, we will not accept exchanges or returns of products.
However, as an exception, if the product is defective, or if a product of a different size or different from the order arrives, we will accept exchanges and returns. Please check the following for the conditions of return.

In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

1. Discounted products such as set products and sale products
2. Exchange for another product
* We will exchange the product for the same product, or refund if it is out of stock.

[About non-defective product replacement]

We will transfer the returned product to the specified account within 7 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
