LÝFT GÝM OPEN EVENT INFO

On Friday, May 26, 2023, LÝFT GÝM, spanning approximately 400 square meters, will grand open in Omotesando Hills, an icon in Omotesando, Japan's largest fashion district.

To commemorate the opening, we will simultaneously host a free preview event and a special event. Our entire staff will be on hand to welcome you, so please take this opportunity to experience LÝFT GÝM firsthand.

1. About the Special Event (Public Training)

Regarding the public training on Saturday, May 20th, from 13:00 to 15:00, we have received a great number of inquiries, and anticipate a higher-than-expected crowd within the building during the event. Therefore, we will be implementing a dress code for viewing the public training. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

■ About the event details
To commemorate the GRAND OPENING of LÝFT GÝM, a special "public training" event will be held at the gym on Saturday, May 20, 2023, featuring LÝFT CEO Edward Kato and six IFBB PRO athletes from TEAM LÝFT.

In addition to Edward, six IFBB PRO athletes – KANEKIN, Junpei Taguchi, Ryo Terashima, Eugene Nagashima, and Popeye Sekine – will participate on the day.

You can witness the serious training of six IFBB PROs up close.

Participation in the public training by the six IFBB PROs is limited to those with numbered tickets.

Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 12:30 PM on the day.
*Please note that the number of tickets is limited.
*In case of crowding, please follow the instructions of the LÝFT GÝM staff for queueing.
*Individual photo sessions with performers during the event are strictly prohibited.
 

2. About the Free Preview Event

We will be holding a free preview event on Saturday, May 20th, and Sunday, May 21st. Please come visit LÝFT GÝM on this first opportunity for the general public to see it. During the free preview event, you are welcome to take videos and photos.

*There is no dress code for the free preview.
*Please feel free to visit even if you do not intend to join.
*During the public training event (May 20, 13:00~15:00), gym tours will not be possible.
*Equipment cannot be used during the preview event.
