LÝFT GÝM GRAND OPEN INFO
On Friday, May 26, 2023, LÝFT GÝM, occupying approximately 400 square meters, will GRAND OPEN at Omotesando Hills, an icon in Omotesando, Japan's largest fashion district.
To commemorate the OPENING, we will be holding an open house and special events, so please take this opportunity to visit LÝFT GÝM.

■ About the Open House
During the period (May 20-25, excluding May 24), anyone can visit the gym for a free tour.
■ Pre-opening Period
Members who have completed advance registration can use the gym before the GRAND OPEN. *Visitors who are not members are also welcome to tour.
2. Membership and Gym Usage
■ About Online Membership Application
Gym membership can be registered anytime online.
If you visit the gym directly, our staff will guide you through the membership process. Monthly fees will be charged from June 1st.
■ About Full Membership RegistrationIf you visit the gym directly, our staff will guide you through the membership process. Monthly fees will be charged from June 1st.
Customers who have already registered online can complete their full membership registration and start using the gym from Monday, May 22nd. Once full membership is complete, you can use the gym during business hours. Please be sure to bring your identification documents when you visit. Upon full membership, you will receive your LÝFT GÝM membership card.

Participation in the public training by the six IFBB PROs is only available to those with a numbered ticket.
Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 12:30 PM on the day of the event.

*In case of crowding, please follow the instructions of the LÝFT GÝM staff for queuing.
To commemorate the GRAND OPENING of LÝFT GÝM, a special event "Public Training" will be held at the gym on Saturday, May 20, 2023, featuring Edward Kato, the CEO of LÝFT, and six IFBB PRO athletes from TEAM LÝFT.
On the day of the event, in addition to Edward, six IFBB PRO athletes—KANEKIN, Junpei Taguchi, Ryo Terashima, Eugene Nagashima, and Popeye Sekine—will participate.
You can observe the serious training of these six IFBB PROs up close.
