"FITNESS WORLD EXPO 2022 vol.6" is finally here.

On November 13, 2022, the commemorative 3rd JAPAN PRO will be held, and on November 12-13, the OLYMPIA AMATEUR JAPAN will be held as a sponsored event by LÝFT.

1. About the Competition

■LÝFT Presents JAPAN PRO
This will be a professional contest for a chance to compete in Mr. Olympia 2022.

 

The IFBB PRO SHOW, one of the top-ranked competitions in the world, will be held as a sponsored event by LÝFT.

This, Japan's largest fitness event, attracting 10,000 people per day, will be held at the Ariake Garden Theater, which boasts a maximum capacity of approximately 8,000 people, making it the largest in Japanese fitness history.

We invite you to participate in the moment when top professionals from all over the world, aiming to compete in Mr. Olympia, gather and a champion who will engrave a new name in the history of Japanese fitness is born.

■LÝFT Presents AMATEUR OLYMPIA JAPAN
This will be the last domestic competition of the year where athletes can earn an IFBB Pro Card.

This competition is expected to be fiercely competitive as top amateur athletes from all over the world will participate to obtain a Pro Card. Combined with the JAPAN PRO held immediately afterwards, it will undoubtedly be one of the biggest events of 2022.

2. FITNESS WORLD EXPO 2021 VOL.6 info

This event will bring together leading fitness-related companies in Japan.

At the LÝFT booth, we will exhibit and sell apparel products, as well as offer protein tastings and sales. Additionally, we will be selling the "JAPAN PRO LIMITED PULLOVER HOODIE", a limited edition item commemorating the competition with a new design different from last year.
