KANEKIN JOINS LÝFT

Shun Kaneko aka KANEKIN has been appointed LÝFT CAO.
We are pleased to announce our partnership with COR apparel.

1. About Partnership

Effective February 17, 2023, LÝFT has entered into a partnership with COR Apparel, which was started in April 2015 by Shun Kaneko ("Kanekin"), the best physique athlete in Japan

The partnership was made possible after Kanekin approached Edward, CEO of LYFT Corporation, to further focus on his athletic activities and explore new possibilities for the COR brand.

LÝFT strongly sympathizes with COR Apparel and Kanekin's past successes, and is looking forward to taking on new challenges together. LÝFT strongly sympathizes with COR Apparel and Kanekin's past and after many discussions on how to walk together through new challenges, we have come to the conclusion that a partnership is the best option to realize our mutual vision.

In order to evolve into a lifestyle brand with an eye on global expansion, the legacy of the COR brand and the essence and activities of the Kanekin athletes will be scaled as part of LÝFT to sublimate the image of fitness into something more accessible and cooler, and to create a vision that will have an impact not only in the Japanese fitness industry, but also globally. We will realize our vision of making an impact not only in the Japanese fitness industry, but also globally.

2. Appointment of CAO

With the conclusion of the brand partnership, Kanekin will assume the position of LÝFT CAO (Chief Ambassador Officer).

As LÝFT CAO, Kanekin will strengthen the brand that LÝFT has built and through the essence he has developed in COR and through his athlete activities will contribute to the further development of the fitness industry.

Message from KANEKIN

Cor Apparel has entered into a partnership with LÝFT effective February 17, 2023.
I have also assumed the position of CAO of LÝFT on the same day.

First of all , I would like to thank everyone who has supported COR until today.

In the 8 years since I started COR, I have been running the brand and running through YouTube and physique competitions as fast as I can.

Last year, I achieved one of my goals as an athlete, competing in the Olympia, and this has motivated me even more than before to become the best in the world as an athlete.
At the same time, I felt the difficulty of managing the COR brand while aiming for even higher goals as an athlete.

In the process of sorting out my various thoughts, I consulted with Eddie, who was a close friend of mine, and we deeply agreed on our way of thinking and LÝFT's vision, and decided to enter into a partnership with LÝFT as a challenge to take the COR brand and myself to a new stage.

In joining LÝFT as CAO, I will do my best to deliver even better products by adding the essence of COR that I have cultivated so far to LÝFT.

Also, as a player, I will work together with LÝFT to achieve even greater heights.

I am very happy to welcome Kanekin, who has been my strongest rival and a driving force in fitness together with me, as a great colleague for the LÝFT brand, even though we have taken different paths so far.
As an athlete, I will work harder than ever before, and through LÝFT, I will continue to make every effort to further promote fitness in Japan in the future.
